Long-term rental: winter mooring

From September through May, the guest harbors in Trondheim are available for long-term rental and winter mooring for small boats. On this page, you can apply for a berth for the winter season.

Note: Vessels that use the guest pier illegally or fail to pay the required fee will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Rates for long term rentals (2025)

Vessels up to 15 meters NOK 2380,- per month
Vessels 15 - 20 meter NOK 3650,- per month
Vessels 20 - 25 meter NOK 5800,- per month
A price of NOK 160, - for waste management. Electricity is paid in arrears based on consumption.
