Long-term rental – winter mooring

Do you need to rent a berth for the winter season? From September until May, the guest piers in Trondheim are available for long-term rental and winter mooring for small boats.

Guest piers: Terms of use

Vessels that use the guest pier illegally or fail to pay the required fee will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Rates for long term rentals (2025)

Vessels up to 15 meters NOK 2300,- per month
Vessels 15 - 20 meter NOK 3525,- per month
Vessels 20 - 25 meter NOK 5600,- per month
A price of NOK 155, - for waste management. Electricity is paid in arrears based on consumption.
